Usually, most of the shareholders are primarily interested in the implementation of high-level accounting systems (analytics, etc.), and they are least interested in production. Many of the latest technologies give you the option of running two systems efficiently at the same time. For this reason, one should not exclude the possibility of introducing a new automatic system into operation on top of the existing one.
